Return Window (Non-Custom Items)

Non-personalized items may be requested for return within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

 

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are eligible for online store credit only.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

    •    Earrings

    •    Sale items

 

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized items are made specifically for each customer and are final sale.

We are not responsible for errors in names, dates, initials, or custom details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details carefully before placing an order.

 

Damages & Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.
